Regions 2 and 3 Report Input

To facilitate stakeholder engagement during the Regional Reviews, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and U.S. Forest Service (USFS) have developed this online input form.

Please fill out your contact information, including the name of your organization or primary affiliation, if applicable.

If you use the form on this Web site to provide input on the West-Wide Energy Corridors Regional Review, your input and personal information you send with it may be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Energy, the Department of the Interior, the U.S. Forest Service, and/or their contractors for processing, review, and/or response as part of the review process. Your input may be posted on a publicly available Web site, including the 368 Mapping Tool. Personal information you submit with your input may be posted with the content as part of the public record. Your e-mail address will not be posted; it is needed in the event of questions or clarifications regarding your input or to inquire about obtaining any underlying data or reference material your input may refer to. It is federal policy that any information collected may be subject to disclosure, but will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act and the Freedom of Information Act to ensure the greatest protection of personal privacy in the face of any required disclosure.
